  • Collect fees according to the published Pricing policy, if any.
  • Request you to provide the information necessary to carry out a transaction.
  • Suspend, terminate or restrict accounts and platform usage rights when there is a violation.
  • Apply necessary measures to ensure platform safety and prevent unlawful conduct.

1.2. We are obligated to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information about goods, services, prices and promotional programs, if any.
  • Ensure the quality of goods and services; carry out provision, delivery, warranty, exchange and refund according to the published policies.
  • Ensure the platform operates safely and stably and protect your information and data.
  • Receive and resolve feedback, requests and complaints.
  • Not provide prohibited goods or services, counterfeit goods, goods infringing intellectual property rights, or goods and services that violate the law.
  • Fulfil financial obligations to the State and cooperate and provide information at the request of competent state authorities.

2. Your rights and obligations

2.1. You have the right to:

  • Be guaranteed your rights under the law on protection of consumer rights.
  • Be provided with complete and accurate information about goods, services and the provider.
  • Choose suitable goods, services, payment and delivery methods.
  • Check information before confirming a transaction.
  • Have your information and data protected and have your feedback, requests and complaints resolved as prescribed.

2.2. You are obligated to:

  • Provide the necessary information completely and accurately.
  • Pay in full and on time according to the chosen method.
  • Comply with the law and the published operating conditions and transaction terms.
  • Not use the platform to carry out unlawful conduct.
